Contact ball bearing’s limit speed is high enough,can both bear radial and axial load,also can bear pure axial load.its axial load ability was decided by contact angular,is increases with the increase of contact angular
Single angular contact ball bearing can only bear the axial load from one direction,when bear radial load,will cause additional axial force, must give corresponding reverse load.so generally this type bearings will be used in pairs.double row angular contact ball bearing can bear more bigger torque load and radial ,axial biddirectional load(main load is radial load).it can limit shaft or shell biddirectional axial displacement,the contact angle is 30°
Install angular contact ball bearing in pairs can bear radial ,axial biddirectional load(main load is radial load),also can bear pure radial load.tandem configuration can only bear axial load from one direction,the other two types configurations can bear axial load from any direction.Generally,this type bearing was choosed and combined by production factory,then supply to the user,after installed will have preloading interference.the rings and ball are in the status of axial preloading.so
